i am incredibly goal-oriented & i like to make a new list of goals each month.
kelsey & i talked a lot about our goals when she was home last week.
october is the month of:
- no sugar (at least no dessert/candy)
- prayer (read letters to malcolm)
- random acts of kindness
- a fast
- the start of my teacher training for yoga
- legs-up-the-wall pose (viparita karani) everyday
- applications!!! finish all by october 30th!
dear friends and family members, please help me achieve these goals in october. please read my college essays, but do not tempt me with desserts! : )
also, i am amazed at how quick our month reading isaiah 58 went!
